the short versionOverview

Zomool needed a mobile app and a brand that felt like one product. I owned the design end-to-end, from early research through delivery, and rebuilt the brand identity so the logo, palette, type and UI components told the same story across mobile and web.

what was in the wayThe challenge

Write the core problem here: who the users were, what was getting in their way, and why the existing flows and brand didn't hold together.

how I got thereProcess

1

Research — interviews and usability sessions to map pain points.

2

Define — prioritised flows and success criteria with the team.

3

Wireframe — low-fi exploration of key journeys.

4

Brand & UI — new identity system and a reusable Figma component library.

5

Test & hand off — iterated on findings and prototyped for developers.

where it landedOutcome

User flow efficiency improved by ~25% and reported usability issues dropped by ~30%. Add any further results, quotes or learnings here.
